1. What Cyclincare is

Cyclincare is a symptom tracking tool for people on a CDK4/6 inhibitor. It is provided for informational and self-monitoring purposes only.

2. Not medical advice

Cyclincare does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. Nothing in the app should be interpreted as a recommendation to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment.

Always seek the advice of your oncologist, pharmacist, or other qualified clinician with any questions you have regarding your condition or treatment.

3. Your responsibility

You assume full responsibility for any decisions made based on information in the app. Cyclincare is a journal — what you do with the information in it is between you and your care team.

4. Drug interaction checker

The drug interaction checker uses AI together with curated clinical overrides based on known pharmacological data. AI output may be incomplete or wrong. Results must be verified with your oncologist or pharmacist before making any medication decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cancer Care Tools is not liable for any clinical decisions made using this tool, nor for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from its use.

6. Subscription

• Premium is offered with a 7-day free trial.
• After the trial, the price is $9 per month.
• You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your Account page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable EU regulations and the laws of the European Union. By using Cyclincare you agree to these terms.
